Nicole M. Tideman

Nicole is from the local area and a graduate of Mark Morris High School. Nicole obtained a BA in Business with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Washington State University and received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law. Prior to law school Nicole worked in Human Resources Management gaining valuable experience in personnel management. Nicole also has experience working for the US Department of Labor -EBSA working to investigate claims against employee benefit plans covered under ERISA and work as a Risk Manager for a public entity assisting with claims management. Nicole joined the firm in 2012 and became a Shareholder in 2016.
When Nicole is not at work, she spends time with her husband and two daughters enjoying a variety of outdoor activities. Nicole has been a board member on the Mark Morris High School Foundation since 2013 and the Secretary since 2015. Previously Nicole has been involved with other non-profit organizations including volunteering her time to a domestic violence shelter and transitional housing program for women. Nicole has also coached several seasons with Cowlitz Youth Soccer Association and enjoys involvement with her daughters’ sports teams.
