Maggie is from the local area and a graduate of Kelso High School. After obtaining her degree in English Literature and Dance from the University of Washington she went on to attend Willamette University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. During her time at Willamette, she served as the Managing Editor for Willamette Law Review, Editor-in-Chief for the Willamette Social Justice and Equity Journal, and served as a judicial extern for the Judge You at the U.S District of Oregon. Maggie has worked as an intern for Walstead Mertsching throughout law school and as a Rule 9 Intern since 2019. She joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2020. Her practice focuses on personal injury, real estate, landlord/tenant, and civil matters.
