Frank F. Randolph

Frank F. Randolph has been an attorney since 1980, joined the firm in 2002 and has been a Shareholder since 2005.  He has passed the Virginia, Louisiana and Washington state bars.

Mr. Randolph focuses on real estate, municipal corporations, corporate/business law and general litigation. 

Mr. Randolph is from New Orleans, Louisiana.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Phi Beta Kappa, 1977), University of Virginia Law School (1980) and the Naval Postgraduate School (Honors, Strategic Planning, 1988). 

He served as a Surface Warfare Officer on active duty in the U.S. Navy for twenty years; qualified for Command at Sea; served in both the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets on destroyers, amphibious assault ships and afloat staffs; deployed to Europe, Africa and Asia; taught as an Associate Professor of Naval Science at the University of Arizona; and retired as a Commander.

Married, with two daughters, two Australian Cattle dogs and a cat.   Interests include reading (history, religion, fiction), hiking, rafting, museums and travel.
