After 40 years with Walstead Mertsching, Stephen Wanderer has retired from the practice of law.  Mr. Wanderer attended the University of Washington ( B.A., 1967), Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D., 1972), and New York University (LL.M, 1980). Admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1972, Mr. Wanderer’s practice emphasized estate planning, estate and trust administration and business/corporate law.  He was one of the few attorneys in Southwest Washington admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.  Steve's knowledge and experience will be missed.

Michael Claxton continues to serve Walstead Mertsching clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and business/corporate law.
